Zhuhai ACCESS Semiconductor Co., LTD. (Refer to "Zhuhai ACCESS ") was established on April 26, 2006, which is located in Fushan Industrial Zone, Zhuhai city, Guangdong province, with 40,000 square meters’ shopfloor. 

Zhuhai ACCESS is one of the earliest IC substrate manufacturers of domestic investment in China mainland, and it’s the first company worldwide who utilized the "Copper Pillar Sequential Build-up Process" to accomplish the mass production of "Coreless IC substrate". The main products including of RF module substrate, HPC ASIC substrate, and SiP chip embedded package are all in the leading position in the certain market segments.

Nantong ACCESS Semiconductor LCC (Refer to "Nantong ACCESS") was established on May 31, 2018, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhuhai ACCESS, which is located in Chongchuan district, Nantong city, Jiangsu province, with a 100,000 square meters’shopfloor.

Nantong ACCESS has achieved mass production and shipment of power management modules using embedded packaging technology. The technological advantages of miniaturization, high performance, and high reliability have been fully translated into the company's leading position in terms of output value in this niche market. Moreover, it has become the first domestic-funded enterprise in China to achieve mass production and shipment of FCBGA substrates, realizing a breakthrough from zero in domestic FCBGA substrates. This move has filled a crucial gap in the domestic semiconductor industry chain, contributing to the goal of achieving independent, secure, and controllable domestic semiconductor supply chains.

Zhuhai YUEXIN Semiconductor LCC ("Zhuhai YUEXIN") was established on July 26, 2021. It is located in Fushan Industrial Park, Doumen District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province. Following the expansion of Zhuhai ACCESS and Nantong ACCESS Phase II, it is an important plan for investing in Zhuhai again.

Zhuhai YUEXIN has achieved mass production in 2023. The main products are high -end wireless radio frequency modules sealed loading boards and mid -to -high -end FCBGA packaging boards. On the other hand, it is to meet the needs of future domestic digital main chips, including CPU/GPU/XPU, in the field of high -performance computing, server, data centers, artificial intelligence, AloT and other fields.

Zhuhai Yuexin Semiconductor Co., Ltd. ("Zhuhai Yuexin") was established on July 26, 2021. It is located in Toyama Industrial Park, Doumen District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province. Following the expansion of Zhuhai Yueya and Nantong Yueya Phase II, it is an important plan for investing in Zhuhai again.

Zhuhai Yuexin already has the conditions for mass production and production in the second half of 2022.
